Wicked Wing Sauce

This Paleo and Whole30 friendly wing sauce is better than anything you've ever had! You'll keep a jar of this on hand for sandwiches, wings, chicken, and pretty much everything!




Wicked Wing Sauce


2 cups Frank’s Red Hot

1/2 cup Ghee

1 tsp Smoked paprika

1 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Galic powder

1/2 tsp Ancho chili powder

1/2 tsp Chipotle powder (opt) OR 1/2 tsp Hatch chili powder (opt)

2 Tbsp Pure Maple syrup (opt) to temper the spice if needed


Directions:


Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan over low heat. Bring to a low simmer and cook for approximately 15-minutes, stirring every few minutes, to allow all the spices to meld together.


Stir well and serve over grilled wings, chicken, or sandwiches. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3-weeks!
