Whipped Potatoes

These light, fluffy, buttery and creamy whipped mashed potatoes are so good you will want them with everything from smoked chicken to a juicy filet! Topped off with some garlic herb butter and you have a side dish made in heaven! These delicious and decadent potatoes will steal the show at your next dinner!

Whipped Potatoes

3 lbs Organic Russet Potatoes, peeled and large diced (2”)

1 Tbsp fine Sea Salt

1/4 cup Grass-Fed Butter, melted

1 cup Organic Whole Milk, warmed

Directions:


Peel potatoes and cut into 2" chunks. Add to a large pot, fill with water to cover the potatoes and bring to a boil over high heat.


Reduct heat to medium-high once boiling and cook for about 12-15 minutes until potatoes are very tender.


Remove from heat and drain in a colander. Let sit for a few minutes to let all the water drain.


Add to the bowl of a standing mixer or back to the pot you boiled the potatoes in and use an electric hand mixer.


Add salt, milk and butter and whip on high for 5-minutes until light and fluffy.


Top with a few slices of garlic herb butter and serve!
