Simple Savory Garlic Pasta

This simple pasta dish is the perfect weeknight side and you probably already have all the ingredients! It is perfect on its own or t0p it off with some grilled chicken or blackened shrimp!

Simple Savory Garlic Pasta


2 Tbsp Ghee

1 lb Gluten-Free Pasta (spaghetti, linguini, fettuccine, etc)

1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (opt)

4-6 Cloves Garlic, finely minced

1/2 cup EVOO

1 Tbsp Coarse Sea Salt

1-2 tsp Fine Sea Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Parsley, finely minced (opt)


Directions:


În a large pot bring 4-quarts of water to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 Tbsp coarse sea salt and pasta tossing with tongs and bringing back to a boil. Toss frequently to prevent clumping and cook to package instructions save 1-minute until done.

While pasta is boiling, in a large skillet, heat ghee, garlic and crushed red pepper over low heat to infuse. When pasta is 1-minute out from being done, remove from boiling water, drain well and add to skillet.


Turn heat to medium high and add EVOO, 1 tsp of fine salt, and black pepper; toss to evenly coat, garnish with parsley and serve immediately!
