Shallot Vinaigrette

This simple, tangy, tasty vinaigrette is my go-to dressing and marinade! You'll love how quickly it comes together and how it compliments all your salads.




Shallot Vinaigrette

1/4 cup Vinegar (champagne is my favorite but all I had was rose)

2 Tbsp Shallot, finely chopped

2 Tbsp Whole Grain mustard

1/2 cup EVOO

1/2 tsp Sea salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:


In a jar with a lid, add all ingredients and shake well. Enjoy on salads or as a marinade. Will keep in the refrigerator up to 2-weeks.
