Roasted Rosemary Cashews

These savory, earthy, and slightly sweet roasted cashews are a perfect addition for your upcoming holiday parties, as a flavorful piece to a charcuterie board, or just to have around the house for snacking! With only a few ingredients, this simple recipe will be on repeat all season long!

Roasted Rosemary Cashews


1.5 cups Raw Whole Cashews

1 Tbsp Ghee, melted

1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, minced

1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt


Directions:


Preheat oven to 325


In a small bowl, combine ghee, rosemary, pepper and salt, stirring to mix. Add cashews and toss to evenly coat.


Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cashews are slightly browned. Remove and cool completely.
