Red Wine Vinaigrette

Beautifully balance vinaigrette that is a perfect dressing for every salad or as a marinade for chicken or fish!



Red Wine Vinaigrette


2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced

1/2 cup Red Wine vinegar

1/3-1/2 cup EVOO

1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano, finely minced

2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard (opt)

1/4 tsp Sea salt

1/8 tsp Black pepper


Directions:


In a small jar with a lid add all ingredients. Shake well and let it sit at room temp about an hour before serving to let all the flavors marry together. If making ahead, store in the refrigerator until ready to eat!


Pairs beautifully with a Chopped Greek Salad!
