Pumpkin Spice Granola

Warm fall spice in a crunchy no oil, no refined sugar granola you can feel good about and will want to eat every morning! This granola is great over yogurt, with milk, or on it’s own as a snack!




Pumpkin Spice Granola


1 15oz can Pumpkin Puree

3/4 cup Coconut Sugar

1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 tsp Sea salt

3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1 cup Pecans, chopped

1 cup Sliced Almonds

1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

1 cup Raw Pumpkin seeds

Directions:


Preheat oven to 265

In a large bowl combine first 7 ingredients and stir well. Add oats, nuts, and seeds and mix well to coat. The mixture will be a bit thick.


Spread in a thin layer over a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 90minutes to 2-hours stirring, breaking up any large chunks, and rotating every 10-15 minutes.


Cool completely and enjoy!
