Perfect Pan Seared Filet

Juicy, decadent, tender filet pan seared to perfection in garlic rosemary butter that makes any night a special occasion! This simple recipe guarantees a perfect filet every time! Pair it with a delicious wedge salad and some sourdough bread!

Perfect Pan Seared Filet
4-5 Six Ounce Filets, 2-2.5"cut
2 Tbsp Ghee
3-4 Cloves Garlic, smashed
1 Sprig Rosemary
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
Generously season both sides of the filet with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes until hot. Add ghee, garlic and rosemary heat for 30 seconds to infuse ghee. Add steaks and cook for 7-9 minutes per side, basting second side with garlic rosemary ghee. Flip and cook another 7-9 minutes basting first side.
Remove from heat and rest 5-minutes. Serve with a salad, Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms and a Baked Potato!
