Simple Butter Garlic Bread

In my opinion, there is nothing better to compliment a meal than a warm and toasty, soft and chewy, herby buttery garlic bread. So quick and easy to make this homemade garlic bread will become a weeknight and weekend staple!

Perfect Buttery Garlic Bread
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in half
1/4 cup u\Unsalted Butter, softened
1 Clove Garlic, finely minced
1/8 tsp Parsley
1/8 tsp Sea salt
Pinch of Black pepper
Directions:
Turn on broiler
In a small bowl combine butter, garlic and spices. Mix well and spread in an even layer on top of the bread.
Place on oven safe baking sheet and set under broiler on a lower rack in the oven. Keep a close eye as this can go from “not quite” to “burnt” in a matter of a few seconds. Broil for about 4-6 minutes until top is nicely browned.
Cut into thick slices and enjoy!
