Paleo Tzatziki Sauce

Dairy-free Tzatziki never tasted so good! Coconut Greek-style yogurt, fresh cucumber, and lemon are beautifully balanced in this delicious sauce you want to eat with everything! Traditional tzatziki sauce can be found here!




Paleo Tzatziki Sauce


2 cups Plant based Greek-style yogurt

1/2 cup Fresh Lemon juice

1 tsp Lemon zest

1/4 cup EVOO

1-2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced

1 tsp Dried Oregano OR 1 Tbsp fresh

1 English Cucumber, shredded

1/2 tsp Sea salt + 1/4 tsp Sea salt

1/4 tsp Black pepper


Directions:


Shred cucumber and place in mesh strainer with 1/4 tsp salt, mix to combine and set over a bowl for 15 minutes.


In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Squeeze out as much water as possible out of the cucumber and add to yogurt sauce stirring to combine. Top with a drizzle of EVOO and oregano and serve with pita bread, grilled chicken, or use as a dip for veggies!
