Paleo Blackberry Lime Mousse

Sweet, creamy, and bursting with flavor without all the refined sugar! You'll love this simple and easy to make Paleo black berry mousse all summer long!




Paleo Blackberry Lime Mousse


2 cans coconut cream (plus the water)

10 oz blackberries, frozen or fresh

3 pitted dates, at room temp

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp lime zest

1 tbsp coconut oil


Directions:


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until creamy and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides if you don't have a plunger tool.


Fill mason jars or a glass container and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before enjoying!
