Overnight Chia Pudding

Packed with protein, this simple plant based chia pudding has only 2 ingredients and is the perfect start to your busy day!




Overnight Chia Pudding

1/2 c almond milk (or milk of choice)

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp pure maple syrup (opt)

Pinch of sea salt (opt)

Topping options:

Fresh berries

Banana

Nuts & Seeds

Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

Diced Apple

Diced Stone Fruit

Dried Fruit

Nut Butter


Directions:


Add all ingredients to a sealable container and shake well. Shake again every 30 seconds for about 3-4 minutes until seeds are distributed to prevent clumping at the bottom.


Store in refrigerator overnight. Top with your favorite toppings the next morning and enjoy your energy packed breakfast!
