Grilled Lemon Salmon

Buttery salmon marinated in a tangy lemon marinade and is simply gorgeous when paired with a Chopped Greek Salad, Roasted Potatoes and Tzatziki Sauce!

Grilled Lemon Salmon
2lb Atlantic or King Salmon, cut into portioned filets
1/4 cup EVOO
1/3 cup Fresh Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Lemon zest
3-4 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp ACV or Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Filtered Water
1/4 cup Fresh Oregano, finely minced
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except salmon, in a large bowl and mix well. Add salmon and marinate at least an hour to overnight.
Preheat grill to 400.
Place salmon skin side down and grill for about 10-12 minutes, covered. I like my Salmon on the medium side so if you like a more well done filet cook for another 2-3ish minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
