Summer means corn on the cob, but have you ever grilled it in the husk? This easy method is sure to make this dish the star at your next bbq!

4-6 Ears of fresh corn, unhusked

2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted (opt)

Salt and Pepper (opt)


Directions:


Pull back husk about 2/3rd down and remove as much of the cornsilk as possible. Replace husks and soak in water for at least 45 minutes to overnight.


Heat grill to med-high heat. Grill corn 10-15 minutes rotating every few minutes. Remove from grill and remove husks. Coat with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper!
