Grilled Corn on the Cob

Summer means corn on the cob, but have you ever grilled it? This easy method is sure to make this dish the star at your next bbq!



Grilled Corn on the Cob


4-6 Ears of fresh corn, unhusked

2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted (opt)

Salt and Pepper (opt)


Directions:


Pull back husk about 2/3rd down and remove as much of the cornsilk as possible. Replace husks and soak in water for at least 45 minutes to overnight.


Heat grill to med-high heat. Grill corn 10-15 minutes rotating every few minutes. Remove from grill and remove husks. Coat with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper!
