Grilled Bacon Garlic Pork Tenderloin

I love a juicy grilled pork tenderloin and this bacon garlic version is probably my favorite!! It pairs perfectly over a Harvest Salad or with Gaga’s Applesauce and is the perfect fall dish!




Grilled Bacon Garlic Pork Tenderloin


2 1lb Pork Tenderloins

4-5 Slices No Sugar Bacon

2-3 Cloves Garlic, finely minced

1 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:


Preheat grill to 400 and set oven safe skillet on to preheat.


Prep tenderloins by removing the silverskin and seasoning with salt and pepper. Coat with garlic and wrap with bacon, attaching with toothpicks to hold in place.


Grill tenderloin 7-mins per side on all 4 sides. Remove from heat and rest 5-minutes before slicing into medallions.
