Epic Paleo Poke Bowls

These Paleo poke bowls have all the flavor and nothing artificial! You'll love the marinated Ahi tuna with fresh veggies and Paleo Sriracha Mayo!




Epic Paleo Poke Bowls


Marinade:

15-18oz Sushi grade Ahi tuna, 1” cubes

1/2 cup Coconut aminos

1 Tbsp Fish sauce

2 tsp Sesame oil

1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated

1/2 tsp garlic, grated

1 tsp Fresh Lime juice

1/8 tsp Black pepper

1/4 tsp Gochugaru (opt)

2 Green onions, diced


Directions:


Combine all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. Cube fish and marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
