What I love about this 1-Step Protein Hemp Milk recipe:

  1. I love having fresh plant milk at my disposal, but find that soaking and making almond milk (as delicious as it is) is often time consuming and a bit messy. This hemp milk is easy, virtually mess free, and is loaded with fiber and protein!

  2. It's a great base for smoothies! Just whip it up right before adding your fruits and veggies and voila...easy and protein rich milk!

  3. You can make it ahead! 3x or 6x the recipe! This will keep for about 3-4 days in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator!
