This quick and easy hemp milk is loaded with protein, fiber, essential fatty acids and is delicious a delicious and healthy plant based option!!





1-Step Protein Hemp Milk


1 cup filtered water

1 tbsp hemp seed

Pinch of pink salt (opt)


Directions:


Add to blender, blend on high for 30-60 seconds…that’s it! Enjoy!
